Well, e-bay has certainlly provided us with some bargins of late but I think these little beauties are our best but so far. I wont tell you how much we got them for as you will be green with envy as they are in perfect condition and only a few months old. Chris went to get them today so we had to move the big sofas AGAIN. They are now squeezed in the front room but these are the perfect size for the family room-really comfy too.

Juli - they are gorgeous!! really chuffed for you x
Looks good!
Advice...finish the little bit of painting in Aimee's room and feel good about finishing that...it won't take long. Then move Emm's bed unit and do the painting in that room and feel good about it being finished...it won't take long. Then prepare the walls in your room really well, paper and paint and feel good about finishing that room. Then move into any other room upstairs that might need attention.
After all the rooms upstairs (including the bathroom) are completely finished, do the same with the landing and stairs. You will feel on top of the world when it's done.
While all this is happening, have Chris take the door for dipping along with any other preparatory work or take the kids out for the day while you crack on.
The kitchen (once everything upstairs is done) only needs a lick of paint to freshen it up while you think about how you'd like it when you can afford to have it replaced.
You can then cover your new settees and paint the walls...not forgetting the timber edging for the carpet leading to the dining and patio areas. Don't forget to decide on the fireplace before painting.
Time frame...I think less than a week for the two girls bedrooms is plenty of time. Perhaps a full week/10 days for your room. Another full week for the landing and bathroom. Another week for the hall and stairs.
That makes it a month and a half with everything finished and just a living room and kitchen to spruce up.
You can do it Juli. Work from the top to the bottom and sign all the work off. Yu can have a weeks break after each task is done if you need it.
My challenge to you is have it all completely finished before you come to France.
Have a nice day my beautiful daughter and family.
Hi Juli
I forgot to mention that you have done an incredible job knocking the place into shape in such a short time.
Well done! We are proud of you.
