World Book Day

So here it was again-World book day. The day the children are allowed to go to school dressed as their favorite charahcter from a book. Hummmmm yes well-shops don't stock fancy dress for chaeacters other than Disney so we end up having to make them. After alot of tears and fuss-Emm finally agreed to go as Hannah Montana. She did want to go as the Mad Hatter but I just couldn't do the hat and it's so difficult to find the right stuff. She was happy in the end when I agreed to put make up on her.

Aimee on the other hand wanted to be Wordy from Look and Read. This was the best I could do for that one. Aimee was happy as normal with her quirkiness. She was the only Wordy I have to say unlike the dozen or so StTrinians and millions of Snow White and princesses.
Danny missed out this year as he is still off with his foot. He did go in for the first half hour where parents go in a read with the kids. He loved that as I think he's been missing his friends alot. They've changed the dressing on his foot today so he can now get his shoe on. School tomorrow I think-oh yes.
